The role
This role provides high-quality administrative support to approximately 40 student sports clubs. By supporting these student-led communities, the role contributes to the Students’ Union’s aim of building strong and inclusive communities that enhance the overall student experience.
The position helps clubs operate effectively by improving response times to enquiries and assisting with fixtures, activities, and ongoing development. It also plays a part in delivering the team’s annual plans, ensuring that student communities receive consistent, reliable support that enables them to thrive.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Grade and salary range: £28,568, Grade 4. Salary is subject to RHSU’s Pay & Reward Policy, which includes an opportunity for annual pay progression.
Work Location: Hybrid Working Policy in place with guiding principle of 60% office based (role dependent)
