Contract type: Zero Hours (in accordance with the needs of the organisation and the individual staff member)

Hours of work: Guaranteed minimum hours (averages at 5h/week term time, between Monday to Friday 9:00 – 16:30). Some unsociable hours may be required at certain points in the year including the Summer Break.



Hourly Rate of Pay: £12.71


Purpose of role:

Join the Student Opportunities team at RHSU and support our Sports Clubs! As a Fixtures Admin Assistant, you'll assist with the planning and rearrangement of fixtures, primarily through our CRM system Freshdesk and BUCS Play.


Collaborate with our Sports Club to assist them in the management of their BUCS fixtures! Working alongside the Sports Coordinator, you'll work closely with them to help manage fixtures and ensure the BUCS season runs smoothly. Your work will ensure that we continue to achieve our aim: “to make life better at Royal Holloway”.
